SafePassage is a US owned, Hong Kong incorporated company. Our boss Mike is from the USA; he has raised dogs in both China and in the US. In China, Mike was surprised to see that many of the USA brands available to the Chinese consumers are priced much higher than in the USA because there are so many intermediaries between factory and consumer. Plus he was shocked to see that the China market has many fake foreign brands. He was also horrified to read in the Chinese news that sometimes the quality of some local brands even make the dogs sick or die.  Based on that situation, Mike realized it would be a good business idea if he could help Chinese pet owners buy high quality, made-in-USA dog food, at a low price. The best way to get the good price and reliable quality would be to buy direct from the factory and pass on the low price to the China buyers. He knew exactly where to look because in Mike’s home town in USA is a medium-sized factory called “Reisdorf Brothers” that has been making food for animals like dogs, cats, horses and cows since 1912!  Reisdorf Brothers sent a few bags of their Country Magic Brand dog food to Mike and the dogs in China loved it. Today, Mike and SafePassage are the exclusive agents of Country Magic in Asia. Mike’s brother back in the USA even goes to the factory for every order to ensure that high quality standards are achieved and only the freshest product is sent to China from our friends at the Country Magic factory.

What makes Country Magic brand special?

Country Magic uses heat processed soybeans.  Country Magic’s special heated production process ensures that natural oils and vitamins are not lost.  Many other brands strip the natural Vitamin E and lecithin during production and sell these valuable materials to the human health food industry.
