About SafePassage

SafePassage (ān sēn jié in Mandarin, pronounced “on” as in on/off, “son” as in father/son and “jay” as in Blue Jay bird) is the China representative office of the American-owned, HK-based QTP group.  SafePassage is a boutique firm, serving as the exclusive agent in China (PRC, HK and Macau) for a select group of international brands and products.

We are actively seeking to represent products which meet the following criteria:

  1. Product can’t easily be replicated or knocked off by competitors in China
  2. Offering exclusive rights to the China market
  3. Attractive pricing points
  4. Flexible terms of trade
  5. Deal directly with the manufacturer
  6. Manufacturer has registered/ is willing to register the brand and product in China  (see “product registration” page under “about safepassage” menu)

SafePassage desires to build a factory direct relationship with our principals.  Partnerships with brokers, trading companies, consultants and other intermediaries may be considered only if one or more of the following conditions are achieved:

  • compensation to intermediary is the burden of the manufacturer and build into cost of goods in a transparent fashion to all parties,
  • intermediary is providing legitimate value in the supply chain such as project finance, warehousing, marketing support and so on.
